| Are your vehicles fully insured? |  |
Yes, we take our responsibility for client health and safety very seriously and strictly observe Public Service Vehicle operating regulations and insurance needs with full passenger liability cover.

| How many passengers can you carry? |  |
Unfortunately, due to a ruling by the Spanish transport department ALL limousines are only legally allowed to carry 7 passengers in Spain. This is not a reflection on the vehicles themselves as they can all seat between 8 and 10 comfortably.

| Are your vehicles regulary inspected? |  |
Yes and it is also a requirement that each vehicle has an ITV (MOT) every 6 months.

| How much is it to hire a vehicle? |  |
All services are different and take various things into consideration; where you would like to be collected from, the destination, the time, and how long you would like to hire the vehicle for. However, the minimum hire rate for our stretched limousines is 200€. Please appreciate that our vehicles are valeted after every service to ensure that they are in the best condition for you and therefore this is reflected in the pricing. | What's the difference in hire types? |  |
We offer three different types of hire – one way, return and continual. One way is a straight transfer from A to B. A return transfer simply means a drop off and collection at a later time; other clients may be using the car between these times. A continual hire means you have exclusive use of your chauffeur and vehicle for the entire hire period – ideal for groups wishing to visit more than one venue in style!

| Can we play our own CD's and DVD's? |  |
Yes you can, we have available a selection of DVD's and CD's, but clearly tastes vary greatly. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know and we will try and accommodate you, failing this please feel free to bring your own CD's and DVD's to play.

| Can we smoke or eat in the vehicles? |  |
Sorry but no. All vehicles are strictly no smoking or eating. Apologies for any inconvenience but this is for all our clients benefit.

| Do extra collections/drop offs cost more? |  |
If the addresses are close to each other, then there is no extra charge. However if the addresses are more that 1 mile away from each other then we will charge as additional address' can add approximately 15 minutes onto your hire time…sometimes more when the neighbours come out and look too! The price varies depending on the journey.

| Do we have to pay a deposit on booking a vehicle? |  |
Yes. We require a deposit for all bookings; this can be paid via credit card, cheque or cash. Final balances are due in cash to your driver strictly on collection from the first pick up. Alternatively you can pay the full balance via cheque to us or by credit card; however, there is a 5% surcharge for credit card payments.

| Do you charge overtime? |  |
Yes we do charge overtime, each vehicle is individually quoted depending on the original details given. We will inform you of the overtime charge when you make the booking and it will be detailed on your booking form. Overtime is strict after 15 minutes grace (and included) and should not be taken as a given.

| Do you have space for luggage? |  |
Yes we do. Generally limousines can accommodate up to 5 large pieces of luggage in the holding areas; not including the main seating area. We can offer an additional luggage vehicle if necessary.

| Do we get free drink with our journey? |  |
Yes, of course! Every service includes complementary bubbly and also soft drinks if requested. A bar can also be included on request. Please note that only drinks supplied by us maybe consumed in the vehicle.

| Can we see the vehicles? |  |
Yes recent pictures are available of all our cars on request and also you can see them in the "flesh" by arrangement as we love showing our vehicles off! It's too late if your occasion is spoilt when an old rust bucket turns up at your door…if it even makes it there in the first place!
